The range includes bookmarks, leaflets, flyers, greeting cards and posters, alongside labels, folders and booklets. Shoppers can upload artwork for selected products or choose templates for business cards and ID cards.

What Cards Made Easy offers

The printer accepts print-ready artwork and provides pre-designed business card templates. Its online file checks give feedback on uploaded designs, while bespoke web-to-print templates are available for businesses with multiple employees or frequently used products.

Corporate printing services include a bespoke portal with editable templates, artwork checks and account controls. The portal can also show a live updated proof as a design is changed.

Using the website

The website has a product search, account registration and login. Account holders can view their order history, and the image library includes options to upload and delete images.

For most common products, the stated minimum bleed is 1.5mm on the relevant edges. Files should ideally be supplied in CMYK mode. The online preflight system or design team can convert RGB files to CMYK if required, although conversion may subtly alter their appearance.

Notable features

The corporate web-to-print service can include a bespoke catalogue and branded portal. Designs can be edited online, with a live updated proof shown as content changes. Products with pre-defined artwork and specifications can also be added for repeat orders.

Editable templates can include text fields, drop-down selections, image libraries and image uploads. Other options include user-profile text, left-to-right or right-to-left fields, automatic QR code generation and text-entry rules.

Uploaded artwork can be checked against pre-defined specifications. The checks can flag resolution and font issues, check or set bleed and compare the on-screen preview with the printed result.

Corporate account options include multiple user accounts, access controls and workflows that allow orders to be approved or edited by managers. The service also lists third-party system integration and embedded products.
